How quickly do donations reach us?
Donations settle directly into your Stripe account following Stripe's standard payout schedule — typically within 2 business days for US bank accounts. There is no Rally holding period.
Do we need a Stripe account?
Yes. Rally requires a Stripe account because all donations settle there directly. Creating a Stripe account is free and takes about 5 minutes at stripe.com. If you already have one, connecting it to Rally takes about 3 minutes.
Do donation pages support Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. Every donation page includes Apple Pay and Google Pay by default, with no extra configuration. Donors who have a digital wallet set up on their phone can give with a single tap.
Can donors give monthly?
Yes. Every donation page and campaign form includes a one-time / monthly toggle. Recurring gifts are managed through Stripe Billing — donors can update or cancel directly with you at any time.
How are refunds handled?
Donation refunds are processed directly through your own Stripe dashboard. Rally does not intervene in refunds — you retain full control over your Stripe account and every transaction in it.
